Here's how to play:

Set up: Place the balls in the Bingo wheel and choose a designated caller to spin the wheel and draw the numbers. Each player receives a Bingo card and 15 closing washers (chips).
Draw numbers: The caller spins the wheel and announces the drawn number. Players check their cards and cover the matching number with a washer.
Bingo! The first player to cover all the numbers on their card shouts "Bingo!" and wins the game!
