Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy (Within 1 Week)

If you wish to exchange a product, you must visit your nearest Toys 4 Less branch within 7 days of purchase/receipt.

Strict Exchange Conditions:

The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (new in the box).

The box must not be dented, opened, or damaged in any way.

You must present the original invoice or exchange voucher.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the original packaging has been compromised.

2. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at 71-282995 so we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.

3. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind before receiving your order, please call our customer service at 71-282995. We will do our best to cancel the order, provided it has not yet been processed for delivery.

4. Availability

Toy Park - Toys 4 Less SAL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or interrupt any part of the website at any time for maintenance, improvements, or updates. Toy Park - Toys 4 Less SAL is not liable for any such modifications or service interruptions.
