The price of the products shown on the website and delivery charges is shown in US Dollar ( USD)

All product prices are vat included.

We accept the following forms of payment:

-           Credit/Debit Card: VISA-MASTERCARD

-           Cash on Delivery (“COD”)

No credit/debit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.

We take reasonable care to make the website secure. rest assured that your card number will be protected.  

 

DELIVERY

 

Toys 4 Less delivers in Lebanon and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 2 to 4 (two to four) working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

 

 

Inside Beirut : $4

Outside Beirut : $10 

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company (Allo Taxi).

 

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

 

Cancellation

 

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our customer service on 71-282995 or 76-005183 and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed.

 

Exchange

 

You may exchange the product(s) by visiting your nearest Toys 4 Less store within 7 days from the date of purchase.

All products must be returned to us unused and with the original packaging, and in the same condition as received, along with the original invoice or exchange voucher within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any exchanges for products if the original packaging has been opened or dented.

If you receive a wrong product, or a defective one, please make sure to contact our customer service on 71-282995 or 76-005183 the soonest and we will be handling your case shortly.

Please note that we don’t have a refund policy.
